ご予約日の二日前よりキャンセル料として、
ご予約メニュー代金の30%を申し受けます。
また、当日のキャンセル、
ご来店後の人数変更のご連絡につきましては
それぞれご予約メニュー代金の100%を申し受けいたします。
ご来店時間がご予約時間より大幅に遅れる場合、
やむを得ずキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。
また、同じ時間でご予約をいただいているお客様が複数組いらっしゃる場合は皆様がお揃いになってからコースの提供を開始いたします。
到着が予約時間より遅れる場合は事前にご連絡をお願い申し上げます。
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on the day of the reservation, If you cancel after the reserved time on the day of your reservation, or if you change the number of people in your party after you arrive at the restaurant 100% of the reserved menu price will be charged.
In the event that your arrival time is significantly later than the reserved time, We may have no choice but to treat your reservation as cancelled. Please contact us in advance if you need to change your reservation by more than 10 minutes.
Basically, we proceed with cooking at the same time when all the guests with reservations for the same time are present. Please be sure to arrive at the restaurant on time for your reservation, as you may cause other customers to wait.
